Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Returns may not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Kiddora will bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to other eligible reasons, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
