At Kiddora, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Kiddora

Kiddora reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error.
  • Payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is cancelled by Kiddora after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
